Welcome to Year 5. 

In Year 5 the teachers are Mrs Meigh (Monday and Tuesday) and Miss Aylott (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) 

In Term 1 and 2, our focus topic is History which is based on 'Parliament and Monarcy' Please see the knowledge organiser below to see what vocabulary and themes the children would have learnt by the end of the topic. 

Please read at least 4 times a week with your child. Your child also have log-in details for Spelling Shed, TT Rockstars and Purple Mash. Regular practise of times tables and spellings will help support child with their end of KS assessments.
