Welcome to Year 5. Our class is the Amy Johnson Class.  

In Year 5 the teacher is Miss Durkin.

Term 1 and 2

In Term 1 and 2, our focus topic is History, which is based on 'Democracy and Monarchy'.

Please see the knowledge organisers saved in the Term 1 folder, to see what vocabulary and themes the children would have learnt by the end of the topic. 

Year 5 expectations 

Please read at least 4 times a week with your child. Your child also have log-in details for Spelling Shed, TT Rockstars and Purple Mash. Regular practise of times tables and spellings will help support child with their end of KS assessments.
